Recent News:

On May 14, 2010, I filed my doctoral dissertation, Stochastic modeling and simulation of ground motions for performance-based earthquake engineering. Phinished!

I have started my new position at PEER, working on NGA-West2 and NGA-East projects.

July 25-29, 2010:

I will be attending and presenting at the Earthquake Engineering Conference in Toronto. A paper has been submitted and accepted for publication in the proceedings.

August 8-11, 2010:

I will be attending the EMI 2010 conference in USC, and will give a presentation on simulation of bi-directional ground motions.

ICASP 2011:

Prof. Der Kiureghian and I are organizing a special session/symposium on Stochastic Models and Simulation of Earthquake Ground Motions for ICASP 2011 (the 11th International Conference on Applications of Statistics and Probability in Civil Engineering), which will be held at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, August 1-4, 2011.
